CMS Monaco Offices - Villa les Cigognes

Renovation of 1,750 sqm of offices ventilated over three floors, encompassing meeting rooms, open spaces, individual offices, cafeterias, archive rooms, projection rooms, leisure rooms, waiting rooms, reception, toilets and showers.

We were entrusted with the following works for this 12-month project:

• High and low voltage electricity
• Lighting
• Access control and intrusion detection
• Fire detection
• Mixed water system, ducted air conditioning and cassettes
• Comfort ventilation / smoke removal
• Plumbing
